REPORTS reaching Amibo from Rivers State say the directive given by Nigeria’s Police boss, Muhammed Idris, has been flouted and defiled as politicians were seen driving in and out of polling stations throughout the state with police and army escorts.
However, our source revealed that the politicians in question were the governing All Progressives Congress that came in Abuja for the rescheduled elections and moving freely in and out of election venues threatening fire and brimstone which has driven fear into the voters that managed to come out to exercise their civic rights.

Recall the rescheduled National Assembly and State House rerun and supplementary elections in Rivers State is finally holding today amid tight security as FG reportedly deployed a sum total of 28,000 officers
